Very dirty and run down! Checked in and our room was not clean. The sheets and pillows were on the chair and suitcase holder. Crumbs all over the floor. Faucet in the tub was literally hanging off the wall! The hotel refused to issue us a refund! Btw, the back of the hotel is all boarded up. Do not stay here! This place is disgusting and I am not sure how it even meets health code safety

We got in very late and left right after breakfast in the morning. Staff was kind and helpful (even called us when they noticed we dropped something so we didn’t lose it!) Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. We’ll stay here again!

Lots of restaurants in the area. Starbucks is a 1 minute walk. Staff was very friendly and helpful and seemed to anticipate my needs though I booked through a third party. I felt safe here.

Good stay at a reasonable price

Room was comfortable and property seemed to be cared for. Breakfast was decent and there were plenty of options. My only critique would be the bathtub in our one room needed reglazing. The it peeling all around the ring and near the drain.

Was late getting in after a long day at work and 3 hours of driving. Was met with a smile and a very helpful person working the desk. She answered all of my questions as I was new to that area and was very professional.

Theres a bowling alley right behind the hotel and it plays loud music until 1am. Too loud to sleep. Also, doors are thin and you can hear people walking in the hallway all night long. While clean, the bathrooms are in serious need of renovating. Skip if you need to get some rest. Otherwise, decent and clean.

Clean and Safe

Super clean! I am pretty picky and this place did the trick. It was clean, safe and inexpensive. Seems updated with plenty of charging spots both USB and regular plug. The beds were a little smaller than expected; somewhere between a full size and a twin, but with the price point, we were able to get 2 rooms and everyone got their own bed. Area has a lot of amenities, easy of I75.

Great place!

We were just driving through on a road trip and just needed a place to stay the night. It was great, I'd definitely return if ever in the area again. The lobby, halls, elevator, and room were all clean and nice looking. Looked newly redone maybe. The beds and pillows were comfortable enough and the bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. The staff was exceptional. Very nice, very helpful. And the free breakfast was much nicer than I expected, waffle maker, sausages, eggs, muffins.

Pet friendly??

The room itself was nice, clean and comfortable. Would stay again. The only thing I had to complain about was we were traveling with a dog that was over 20 lbs and they charged us more than what they said the pet fee was. Not sure why the size of the dog matters.
