The manager Byron was very nice and understanding to my issues. Desk Worker Liz was nothing but outstanding. Her personality cheerfully and compelling and her social Skllls were impeccable

Showed up and was told reservation was cancelled when I never did. In her defence she did create one for us to compensate. Room was dirty. Half the stuff was broken in there. Fridge didnt work, pool is green. Half of one of the plugs was exposed and sparked when you tried to plug something in the bottom one. 4 of our lights didnt work. The clock and 2 lights were not plugged in and I wonder why because there was no plug anywhere to be seen around there. Place looks run down. It says its under renovation, however the supplies around the property look like they havent been touched for a while. I came here cause it had a decent rating and 10/10 reviews. Either they are property owner reviews or some people have really low standards.

We recently stayed for 3 nights. Every member of the staff from the front desk to the house keeping staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the A/C was cold. The pool was undergoing renovations at the time of our stay. A Keurig, microwave, and mini fridge were thoroughly utilized during our stay. Daily linen changes and house keeping services were provided. The beds were comfortable. The building is showing slight signs of age however I do believe the ownership is addressing that. This is not the Ritz but it is definitely worth the money to stay here if you are looking for an economical, clean and comfortable stay with multiple dining options within a 15 minute drive radius.

Waited over 30 min after check in time for a room that still was not ready. Was then told ill put you in a different room, not sure why we didn't to that 30 min ago... Was a shift change.. Room was ok. Many things broken... toliet seat, sink, dresser, light bulbs out. Bathroom would flood after showers. Knats. Breakfast was good. Many options. Beds were comfortable. Over all a good room. Nothing that can not be lived with for a coupke nights.

Great place to just relax and clear your mind. Especially if you have a partner, my wife and I enjoy our stay here. It’s a quick getaway from the kids and enjoy peace and quiet. The staff is great and the breakfast is okay, it’s free so can’t be too choosy.
