Our room smelled very musty. Our allergies were terrible in the morning. The ladies at the lobby bar were not friendly at all. The hotel being downtown and many things being walkable was nice. The hotel was decorated and updated nicely.

the bathroom door would not close and the bathroom filled with steam because there was no fan going to vent it. heater was too loud at night. wish you had a complimentary breakfast room was nice

Supposed to have gotten free breakfast. Shower head could have been better for a $200 room. Also BBM closed at 11:30 on a Saturday night with a bar full of people. Room was spacious and quiet 7/10 overall

This place was great. Check in was quick and easy and the room was very clean. We enjoyed the restaurant and bar which had great cocktails. There was a huge selection of restaurants in walking distance.

Stayed here for the Alabama @ Kentucky basketball game in January. Perfect place to stay and within walking distance of Rupp Arena. Plenty of restaurants and things to do around the hotel. Parking is a little tight but it was mostly because there was so much snow and it blocked off some of the spots. But overall, a perfect stay. Very comfortable and quiet.

Room condition was okay but there was some minir damage to ceiling. The room temperature was very warm and no ability to cool the room. The termastate was at 65 and room was at least 75
