The beds were comfortable, the staff was nice. The room was not that clean and the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and the smoke detector was disconnect. You could hear people in the hallways taking and being noisy. Breakfast was limited, but fine. It was a fine hotel for the weekend while visiting our daughter. We pretty much only slept there.

The bed was very comfortable and location to numerous dining options was a plus. The room needed updating badly. No hooks in bathroom to hang anything also no body wash in the shower. Housekeeping left it completely empty...

Good Stay in Lexington
The Guest House was nice. It has some minor faults but overall is nice hotel. We stayed on the first floor so we had no issues with carring luggage upstairs as there was no elevator. Some people at the hotel were complaining about have to carry their luggage up stairs. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when in Lexington

Overall, everything was fine. The outside and common areas are clean and look newly renovated. Our room was clean and the floors looked to be new vinyl plank. We liked that the sink was separate from the toilet/shower. The toilet/shower room needs some updating and an exhaust fan.

When we arrived after the designated check-in time, our rooms were not ready. When they finally finished "cleaning" them, we went into the rooms, and they were still dirty. In one of my rooms, the surfaces were covered with stray hairs. The other room had dirty towels from the previous guests still in the bathroom, in the tub. We noticed as nightfall began, there was more traffic in and out of the hotel; girls that were scantily dressed with drunken men coming from the Gentlemen's club next door, and strange paranoid people going in and out of certain rooms every hour. In the morning, we woke up at about 6:00 AM and the entire floor smelled of marijuana. We were extremely disappointed by this and checked out after 1 night stay. We are requesting a refund.
