Honestly, I almost never take time to do reviews but this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Everyone was kind and helpful. We could text any questions we had to the front desk. The room was clean and comfortable. We went to the desk to ask if the had ibuprofen in their little shop and they did not but the receptionist was so kind and offered us some out of her personal supply which truly helped with my hip pain. Check in was easy and fast. Breakfast smelled great but we never woke up early enough to eat it.

I really liked that we could check in on my phone. It made it so easy when we arrived. The woman on the front desk was smiling and very professional. Very convenient to I75 All in all a great experience. We will stay there again. There was one little thing that bothered us. Not real important but the wall switch near the door was lighted and when all the lights are out it just seemed so bright. Not a big deal!!

The staff were amazing from check in to check out. Whenever we needed anything they went above and beyond. The place was really clean and nice the beds were very comfy and loved having extra pillows most places dont give enough pillows. I loved the shower with the rain head shower and wand. The breakfast was great too. Really enjoyed my stay.

We appreciated the breakfast and the upscale feel of the hotel. Pets are allowed, but the hotel did not feel dirty and was quiet. Will stay again if in the area.

Glō feels like a property of it's own. Service was great and the quality of food was good. The check in was very simple. Public transportation was just a walk away. Would recommend to visitors for Lexington.

I really like the look and feel of this property. The room felt very high end but without the price tag that you’d expect. My only complaint was that the WiFi device they use to connect to the tv did not work very well. Staff was very accommodating and kind. Everything was clean and well kept. Would stay again.
