My only issues was that the fan in the bathroom was not strong enough to keep the mirror clear after using the shower without keeping the door open. My daughter was not a fan of that at all!!! We also noticed that amount of light was poor at night for reading and looking for items inside my suitcase.

Everything was ok. But when I asked for a late check out; why was I woken up repeatedly by house keeping? Then when face to face with them explaining that I have a late checkout, there is a language barrier. Ten minutes later, knock knock knock, “house keeping”… There seems to be a disconnect between Expedia and certain hotels, because the room I paid for, non refundable, was not the room that I got. This is not the first time I’ve encountered this.

I like the safety and convenience of the property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were ok. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and extremely basic. I woke up with a sore back and did not sleep well at all due to lack of comfort.

We stayed on a trip from Florida to Ohio and arrived very tired. Check in was smooth and the front desk lady was very helpful. One of the best nights sleep we had in a long time. Thank you so much. Area around the hotel is close to dining and gas and felt very safe. Very clean and orderly. We left before the breakfast was available but that’s because we had a time deadline. Definitely will be back.
