You could not pay me to stay here again. We stayed for four days and housekeeping never came once. Every day we asked for at least a new towel or two (my family of five ended up having to share one towel). We asked for a blanket for the sofa bed and were given a sheet. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. There are lots of great options nearby.

Online reception hours or posted as 5 to 7:00 p.m. we counted on that and only arrived the printed signage at the bar said that the reception only went to 6:30 p.m. we then had to stand in line five people deep to check in because online check-in wasn't working. By the time we made it to the front of the line almost 20 minutes later, I asked about the timing discrepancy and was told that they didn't know why they had not fixed the misinformation online. That was it. No thank you for waiting patiently, no I would be happy to help you with one free drink since you missed out on all the food and the multiple free drinks, nothing. Just here's your keys you're on the 5th floor there you go don't forget to pay for your parking. Goodbye. Next!

Wow! What a pleasant surprise. This is a beautiful property that is not your 'standard hotel'. It has a huge atrium, separate living and sleeping rooms, and an amazing complimentary breakfast. Our only complaint is the cost of parking. Thanks for the great experience!

There were 2 ladies at the front desk one was very nice and the other criticized my wife and i because we did not have smart phones to scan there sign to pay for parking.
