Our bathroom was dirty. Used soap in the soap dish. Hair on the floor and black mudges everywhere throughout the room including the ceiling. Towels were soft. They included 2 bars of small soap, 2 bottles of shampoo/conditioner combo. Our room was a nonsmoking room bht the halls smelled of smoke. Our room smelled of a wet basement. Another thing that bothered me was that there was a lady with a cat in the hall. Cat was not in a carrier. The pilows are small not king sized. The king size bed was firm. The shower pressure was like pellets on my skin. Continential breakfast was a brown snack sack to go. It had a Hostess cake, granola bar, and either a water or Sunny D. It is a must drive to any restaurant in the area. Definitely not a walking safely area due to traffic.

House was perfect for our family in a time that we needed it most. Beautiful views of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, and the sky! We saw birds, bull frogs, deer, rabbits & armadillos. We loved the jacuzzi, swings, fire pit, mowed paths around the frog pond, front porch swings, the many rooms, pool table, corn hole, ping pong, TVs, sitting areas, large kitchen, kitchen island, table, chairs, cooking gear, comfortable beds, great HVAC, spiral staircase, quiet, and peaceful, but still close to Bartlesville and Tulsa. It was a perfect location and size to allow our family to come together and mourn the loss of our brother and celebrate his life. Thank you!

The room was not quite up to par then I asked for cleaner for the tub and the woman at the front desk said house keeping was gone for the day!!! Wow!

It is advertised continental breakfast. We check in and they tell us it’s a “grab and go” breakfast of danishes and a bottle of juice. I go to grab breakfast the next morning and it is a mini bottle of water and a granola bar. I also asked for extra towels at the front desk and she said she didn’t have any, go find the laundry room and tell them you want some. I said I didn’t know where the laundry room was so she called someone and asked them to bring me some, after waiting an hour , no towels were brought, even though when we left they were down the hall 20 feet with towels. The rooms were very spacious and clean, but the staff was not the friendliest or helpful.

It was a decent neighborhood much better than statistically it should be based on the demographics of the area. Staff was excellent. The front lobby floor was dirty which is understandable because of the rainy game day and people coming in from that. My bathroom tiles were unacceptable for me because it was greasy like a fast food kitchen. Very slippery and definitely a falling hazard. Other than that it was a good stay for the price they’re asking.
