Due parent weekend at the University, most hotels were booked or two expensive, I had to stay here. First thing I noticed was the toilet was extremely dirty and had dried urine and other peoples hair on the toilet. The bathroom floor was not swept or mopped as it had other peoples hair on the floor. The Person at the desk did go up and clean it, but unfortunately that should have been done before new. People came in to the room. A few dead bugs on the floor in the room (Not cockroaches just Earwigs) But that tells me that the room was not swept or mopped. The only positive I can write is that the bed was super comfortable.

We found a cockroach in the first room. They moved us, and while that appeared cockroach free- I wouldn’t exactly call it clean. The breakfast was solid.

Location was great for us. Room had some issues. Wall thermostat broken had to use window unit. Curtains missing. Sheers were gone. Just the hsngers were there and the bathroom fixtures were loose. Garbage not emptied outside property they overflowed. Needs an update/refresh all around outside. Cleaning staff was always on a break whenever we left or came back. They should be more attentive of what needs to be cleaned and garbage emptied. Surpried and i always assumed radisson had higher standards.

Ok hotel
When we got here the hotel was very clean. They had cookies and refreshments out. The staff was amazing. My first red flag should have been the man changing his room in line before me during check in. When I got in my room we noticed the lamp was broken so we reported it immediately. The room needed a good cleaning and a few things needed to be fixed like the sink that dripped all night. The only bright side to this place is the fact that the dollar tree is directly across the street. The staff that we talked to was so nice and friendly and super helpful.
