The first room the carpet was wet and the highway noise was so loud. We requested to move to another room. The noise from highway was much better, but the shower/tub was disgusting. Looked like it should have been replace 20years ago. There was no plug for the tub and when we looked down the tub drain we decided we would wait until we got home to shower. Will not stay at again.

The front desk clerk, Alex, who seemed to be working by himself on a very, very busy evening was extremely professional. He did everything he could do to accommodate the guests without complaining or making excuses. AND he was there again first thing the next morning. He is the number one reason for the 5-star review. Hard working young man who should be given a raise and promotion!

Walked down the hall to our room after checkin, and oddly, the door was propped open with the dead bolt? Went in and no one was there, but the mini fridge door was opening and was warm, not sure if it worked. Some water spots on the ceiling, some chipped paint, but figured this is ok, odd but ok. Then we sat on one bed, it clunked and shifted and squeaked. Not too great, but then sat on the other bed, and the base was broke, when I sat on the corner it dropped and the other side went up like a teeter totter. Callled the front desk for another room, and they did give me another room, but were pretty short and not really interested in what was going on. Too busy to pay me any attention, even when I was politely telling them the issues and asking questions f they had another room available. Just left a bad taste in my mouth, plenty return to this hotel, and not thrilled about the chain either at this moment.

Room was in terrible condition. Outlets having out of the wall, coffee table broken, counter in bathroom was falling from the wall. Do not stay here.
