Beds were the most uncomfortable thing i ever slept in! Elevator was horrible. Exercise room was a joke. Treadmill was broke and wouldn’t work. Will never stay here again.

Pool and full breakfast was nice, even had bacon. A couple of employees weren’t the most personable but the others were friendly and helpful. They even opened pool a few min early and allowed us to check out a little later, yet that kept becoming an issue. The website states they offer late check out but don’t count on that. I offered to pay to stay another hour, then just asked for no more than 30 min if needed. She said that’s fine, she’ll make note. Next morning whole issue “asking for 11:30 check out” again b/c they had no clue and definitely did not want to. My housekeeper was nice, said ok

We stopped here to sleep midway to our destination. The front desk staff was kind and efficient. The first thing we noticed upon bringing our bags in was the room was very humid. It was 34 degrees outside so it was unusual. There was a dead roach on the curtains and 2 more in the bathroom. Dead roaches means they are addressing the issue. The source of the humidity was a steady run of the bathtub faucet. Not a drip but actual pour and hot water to boot. It couldn't be turned off. It was consistent enough to create a rainforest feel in the room. As cold as it was outside we had the air conditioner on. Seems like an incredible waste of resources for something that should be an easy fix. We were too exhausted to gather everything and switch rooms but I should have. Listening to water run all night made for an uncomfortable sleep. I had no issues with the bed or bedding but my daughter opted to sleep in the chair because the bed was "too firm" like sleeping on a cement slab. They are very firm. Incidentally, we chose this hotel because the description reads it has a hot tub. We thought that'd be nice after a long drive. This property does not have a hot tub.
