If I could rate this 10 stars, I would. This is the best and the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. Staff that checked me in and out were an absolute delight to speak with and so nice. Really appreciate and love the fact the back door entrance is always locked and you have to have a key to even access the building at all times, while the front desk is always watching the front entrance. Thank you, and plan on coming back for sure!

Great, friendly staff, convenient location, very clean and comfortable rooms. I enjoyed my stay at this Candlewood. This property is located near University of Kentucky, and while it is very close to a lot of businesses and activity, the room was quiet and the location, peaceful. I will definitely plan to stay here again. The front desk staff person who checked me in was really friendly and eager to make sure I had a good stay. Too bad every hotel can't be this good. One minor complaint I do have is that there should be at least two or three parking spaces right near the front desk entrance for people checking in. I didn't see any spaces market for that, but there were a bunch of them for "Elite Members" or some other rewards members. So to check in, we had to park a good distance away. In bad weather, it would be a bit of a hassel to bring in luggage or packages, etc. Normally, you can bring things in from a very close distance to check-in, then move the car to a regular parking space after check-in.
