Lewiston Idaho

I consider in America hotels as a business style Hotel. I have stayed at one previously and it was quite nice. This one seems to be lacking in attention on ownership side. The staff was accommodating, at minimum but still good. Regarding the ownership side, the hotel seem to be pretty well used or beat up from Travelers which I understand but their maintenance and upkeep is a little bit lacking. The beds are my biggest complaint, they were terrible. You could feel the Springs through the mattress and you had to find a quote/unquote sweet spot to sleep on. If the beds were comfortable I would accept it as an affordable business Hotel. I won't go on a rant like I see a lot of people do on the reviews. There are quite a few things that could use Improvement but I will leave that alone this time. I would put my blame on ownership rather than staff. The staff was cordial, quiet, and accommodating as best they could with what they were given.

cons: The refrigerator had mold in it. the TV remote didn't work and the hot water handle on the bathroom sink fell off. The hallway needed vacuumed. continental breakfast was all carbs. Pros: price was decent, beds were comfortable and clean, shower and toilet worked, nice toiletries in the room, quiet room.

Used to be nice?

Breakfast was a joke. The front desk was understaffed and cranky. Was not a welcoming experience. Sad cuz stayed before a couple years ago and its was great.
