Ray the front desk clerk was great very friendly and helpful our refrigerator in our room was not working when we checked in he came right down and within 10 minutes the maintenance man was at our door with a new we really enjoyed our stay.

We love so many things, especially the great lobby area to relax and play games. Our beds were so hard, we left with back pain. We love the pool, the new rooms. We did have a room directly by the stairs, where we heard people, especially children, running down the stairs constantly.
