Outdated loud and bad odor
The room smelled like urine and stinky feet, the bathroom had mold and mildew in the shower and bath. There were a lot of loud drunks staying at the hotel. The elevator was really slow and outdated. The key card mechanisms are old and didn’t work very well and the room door got stuck trying to open it. But on a positive side the staff were friendly.

Was okay. There are not a lot of great options in Lethbridge anyway but the carpet could be vacuumed better especially around the edges and paint touched up in bathroom. Some weird stains on the ceiling above the shower. Our room was joining and the person next door was loud so had to call the front desk and ask for someone to request he be quiet after 11pm.

Hotel is in pretty good shape despite age. Only draw back is the area looks to be not the best neighborhood, other then that its good place for a stayover.
