Very old hotel. You get what you pay for, but for the rate, we expected a little better. The room smelled like cigarette/pot (coming from the vent). We complained, but they were fully booked and weren't able to transfer us to a new room. We asked if we could plug the vent with TP to deal with it, and they said yes, but that's the best solution.

It was good but there were a lot of hockey teams staying there for a tournament & the boys were playing & being very loud in the hallway. We had to ask them to keep the noise down.

We enjoyed our stay in Lethbridge eventhough the hotel is sub par. Staff are amazing, let us check in early. They are nice and approachable. The hotel is old but the beds are good. The washrooms need to be renovated because the tiles are really old. Water is slow dripping.. no water pressure in the shower but overall, we still have a good time. With the affordable price, can’t complain. Specially having Denny’s restaurant in the hotel. Best breakfast we have. :)

It was a good stay overnight, and better than I expected. The price was the lowest in the city so I thought it might be lacking something, but it was excellent. I will book here again next time I need to stay over in Lethbridge.

This is a 2.5 star at best. It’s a pretty tired hotel, even since I last stayed there 3 years ago. Location is convenient but there’s ruffians peeping in vehicle windows and sketchy people in the general area. The elevators are definitely in need of upgrades or repairs, they’re pretty beat up along with the common areas above the lobby area. The room was generous enough, but I found a very very old piece of pie in the freezer (it had mold) and a moldy toothbrush above the light on the bathroom that I simply couldn’t touch so it’s prolly still there. I don’t think it worth the price anymore, definitely cheaper and better places out there but the draw here (and pretty much the only one), is that it’s one of the few places that’s pet friendly. If it weren’t for that, I wouldn’t return to this place.

It was a good value for what you need if traveling on a budget. The staff is very friendly even get a complimentary gift in your room. The room is spacious has everything and is clean but is very dated. The couch and chairs are stained and not comfortable, the bed is soft and old you slide into the middle. The TVs are older and it smells like smoke. Nice to have a balcony but it’s dirty. The area is not the best, it some some sketchy characters around but there is a superstore across the street. I wouldn’t stay again and pay the extra $$.
