People staying at the hotel tried stealing my clothes and Walmart groceries while I was getting a key. Luckily my boyfriend was sitting in the car and the thieves didn’t notice him until he hopped out when they tried to steal it the night before I went to walk, my dog returned to the hotel to find Lethbridge city police has surrounded the whole place. I wasn’t allowed to enter my room for about an hour and a half in cold and once I did, I was told I couldn’t leave my room. this all started happening about midnight till early the next day all I could hear is cops on megaphones trying to arrest people from the room that was trying to steal my food the next day, so these are the kind of people they allowed to stay at the room after the cops came. They were still allowed to reside there so I would approach with caution.

The room was cold, unclean and had an unsafe lamp plugged in with poor lighting. We didn’t have anyone come to restock towels or empty garbage. We had to ask for clean towels and were only given 1 when there were 2 of us using the room. We don’t plan to stay there ever again and won’t recommend it to others.

I ended up asking for a refund within an hour of checking in. I got an overwhelming smell of urine, looked at the sheets they had blood drop stains and black marks. Toilet was dirty as well. I get it's an eco motel. I stay in them often but I expect clean.

Horrible experience

I couldn't stay, the smoke smell was so strong it eas giving me headaches. And it said it was smoke free room. I was there for 2 hours, asked for a refund and was told they couldn't do anything. Horrible experience.

Their was some homeless people sleeping just down from my door. The door also didn’t have an extra lock besides the deadbolt. And their was a window in the bathroom with no lock on it at all

The sheets were stained; it was really noisy; because this hotel is off a busy road and the windows are older. AC was not great, but after 6 hours or it did cool the room.
