If you're staying multiple days, and put the sign out for room service, they will not do anything. No clean towels, and no replenishing toilet paper and had to ask the cleaners for toilet paper. In fact, they took away the door sign in which I took it to mean you get zero room service. For some reason, they seem to be preparing rooms in the middle of the night for others checking in. Seems unusual. Also upon arrival, the lady at the reception was a bit rude, while checking in, started screaming out someone's name, who promptly came to take over the check-in service.

We had a lovely experience staying at this place. The room was very clean, the staff was welcoming and made sure they provide the best experience. Would highly recommend if you want to explore around Wilsons prom.
