Me estaso comunicando solicitando una ayuda debido a que tuve un accidente vehicular, no pude utilizar el servicio porque estuve en cama, recién pude comunicarme y solicito apoyo indicando que me cobraron y NO UTILIZE NI ACUDÍ a las instalaciones del hotel, ellos dicen ni haberme cobrado, pero claramente tengo un cargo en mi tarjeta de credito. Pesima atención a clientes.

Ni siquiera me hospedé porque al llegar me dijeron que mi reservación no existía, siendo que en la app aparecía como reservada, no me solucionaron ni me hicieron reembolso, por ser temporada alta (venía a un examen) ya no encontré otro hotel y muchos comentaron que les hicieron lo mismo (posiblemente para cobrar más caro las habitaciones) y el personal del hotel no nos dio ninguna solución

Son una vergüenza de personas. Les llamé el día anterior de mi llegada a León para corroborar que estuviera mi reserva, me dijeron que si. Les dije que llegaba al día siguiente a las 5 pm y me dijeron que si. El día de llegada venía en carretera, a las 5 pm les llamé y les dije que de acuerdo con la app llegaba a las 6:15, me sijeeon que la reserva ahi estaba y que me esperabam con gusto. Llegué a las 6:15 y me dijeron que ya no había lugares en el hotel, vendieron mi reservación, y te lo dicen con una desfachatez que indigna. Cómo reservé mediante Expedia me dijeron que viera con ellos. Con la mano en la cintura me dejaron en la calle tras seis horas de viaje. Expedia solucionó todo pero estos simios en el Halley son lo peor que te puede pasar.

Lamentablemente no respetaron mi reservación acusando a la App de sobrevender las habitaciones y me dejaron en la calle. No me dieron solución ni hubo dispocisión de solucionar las cosas. Por lo que me dejaron en la calle a 11:55 de la noche
