Leon weekend trip
Great place to stay, room was very clean and floors were spotless. Pleasant fruit plate was in the room with bottled water and a personalized welcome banner was a nice treat. Wonderful snack options left on the floor that we stayed was also a nice touch. Would stay again.

Lo que no me gusta es el Servicio del Restaurante, sobre todo en la hora de la cena, casi ni habia clientes y aún asì nunca fueron a preguntar que necetiabamos, la mesera en turno siempre de mal genio, finalmente cuando se acerdo un mesero pedimos algo más y nunca nos lo trajeron, en fin les falta mejorar ese servicio

It sucked
A rip off. They try to scam you at every turn. I have so many charges i have to dispute. One night i had a business client stop by and they tried to extort 300 pesos from me to let him in. Stay away there's so many other nice hotels in Leon. Don't walk away, run.
