We had a great stay. The staff were polite and took care of everything right away. The only reason I didn’t give it all 5 starts is the people in the next room were arguing for a while and we had trouble getting to sleep. If we have to stay in the area, we will definitely stay there again!

Esmerelda was a very helpful front drsk associate with a most pleasant attitude. We were in town for a funeral and she made all the difference in our stay. Room was comfortable and clean and well appointed as a handicap accesible room.

Terrible olace to stay

This place is NOT service animal OR pet friendly. I signed a pet policy (took a copy with me home too) and no where on it does it say “no PETS on beds” they charged me $100 for “pet hair damage”—my service dog is a 10 year old labrador — retiring from service this year I have never in a decade been treated so poorly by people who literally have no clue what the ADA is or “pet friendly”—two different things this hotel claims to both be, but this location is definitely not and I would never stay here again nor recommend anyone I noticed stay here, disabled or not. Rude staff.

Good nights sleep

It was just a one night stay, the room was clean, the service desk was friendly and helpful. There was no hair dryer in the room, a quick call to the service desk and I was able to go and pick one up.
