My children really enjoyed our stay! There was tons to do and the room was great and clean! My only complaint about the room was the pillows they were lumpy and very uncomfortable and there were no outlets in the children’s bunk bed area.

Half the water park wasn’t working. Very expensive. What food there was was poor. Dunkin’ Donuts is completely automated,you have to supply your name and phone number to get your coffee. AI is taking over.

Hair in the bathroom ,tile broken, asked for room to be cleaned when she came to the door and cleaning lady left. Went to buy ice cream and popcorn the lady was very rude and would not answer my questions. No one was in line and she refused to look at me or answer any question in regard to a price of an unlisted item.

The service was great but the facility was under construction. We had to go out in the cold to get to another side with only bathingsuits. Also the systems were down. It was total chaos.

Was dirty in the pool area and it was week before school started so lots and lots of kids that just take over. Should have an adult pool/slide area. U couldn’t move or enjoy the pool area. Water looked terrible and I would not call it a”pool resort” at all. A lot smaller than expected. Cape cod has better water parks and we have the ocean surrounding us.

We stayed here as a getaway with my toddler and husband. However, they failed to inform us that half the waterpark was closed off and with a toddler there is not much else for her to do.
