Ny new favorite hotel in the Berkshires !
Woa, this place is nice ! It used to be a motel, but do NOT deter you. Everything was impeccable and gorgeous. I ate breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and sat on the patio for a couple hours reading. Everything was just lovely ! Beautiful garden style patio with comfortable furniture. Elegant rooms and bathroom. This is almost like a small resort getaway. I will always stay here when I come to the Berks !!

The motel has been turned into the facade of a high end hotel. This place is basic for sleeping. No way to communicate with the front desk, no instructions for the bizarre television, no shower cap, no light bulbs higher than 25 watts, no coffee machine…basic small room for sleeping.

I’m very glad to express how satisfied my husband and I were with our stay here. It was very nice, quiet, and simple. Sometimes that is all that is needed-simplicity! We were greeted warmly and given all important information on our room and the property. I must say we were given detailed info on a text message as well. The room was clean and stocked with treats-oh so tempting. Bed was comfortable and my hubs said so too. Bathroom was big and the shower was amazing. AMAZING! Double shower heads. So soothing. Nice bar, outdoor seating. Restaurant on site but we chose to drive to another for dinner. Nice selection on menu as copy is left in room. Would stay again. Definitely.

This property was absolutely outstanding. I wasn’t sure because it got a few mixed reviews however those reviews cannot be right. I’ve stayed all over the world at very expensive hotels. Lifehouse was excellent bang for your buck. I thought it EXCEEDED what I got for the price.the appearance was great and the lobby was stylist. The people that worked that attended to my every need. I even texted with them in advance for help with my stay. The room was also trendy and stylish and VERY CLEAN. Bed was comfy. We might do a yearly trip!

We were awakened with lots of noise apparently from guests returning from a wedding 11:30-12:00 am on a bus The a/c was quite loud and made it difficult to get a good nights sleep.. My husband's dinner was excellent, however my salad choice was just ok My cocktail was as very watery I usually don't complain.. I think I had higher expectations based on the cost of the accommodations also based on the marketing and media The main dining and common areas were beautiful and cozy and we enjoyed sitting there and relaxing after dinner

Cleanliness was outstanding. Room average but comfortable. It is a lodge/motel, not a hotel Dining options are limited in time (not every day available) and breakfast menu is quite limited and overpriced. Management and Expedia lack appropriate communications resulting in charging twice the customer.

I would suggest that you put a sign by road of HIGHWAY-7 with a light so you can see the entrance at night. I would also let your guests know that you can not turn into the property from Highway 7 towards Lenox.
