Loved the stay, only two things kept me from saying it was 5 stars. The WiFi connection was spotty so if you were watching tv (because they use Apple TV) it was freezing every 2 mins. Also, you can’t lower the room temp passed 65 and their 65 wasn’t a normal 65. It was still really warm. Besides that I love it. Super clean and quiet.

Beautiful hotel close enough drive to multiple towns and hiking areas. Very comfortable beds. Beautiful restroom! TV has Apple compatibility if you are looking for that. The restaurant was absolutely amazing and they use all local business. Absolutely amazing!

Nicely renovated property. The lounge and bar area is a cool hang out spot. Also outdoor area was fun with fire pits. Room was overall clean and nicely decorated. One thing kinda annoying was the fridge was filled with their drinks for sale. Had to take them out to put mine in (I only removed water, but can only imagine how many times that beer got warm then cold…prob skunky). Also the chocolate bar that was for sale looked like it had been opened a few times as the cardboard sleeve it was in was all beat up looking. Staff brought over fresh towels quickly when they missed my previous text message earlier in the day. Location is pretty good, quick drive to lots of bars, restaurants, shops, and trailheads. Killer views everywhere, especially in the fall!

This place is nothing like what it claims to be. Uncomfortable bed and pillows, insanely loud HVAC, terrible service at the restaurant/lounge. It fancies itself as a place for writers but it isn’t. If you’re good with a roadside motel that’s had a facelift and don’t need to sleep well, then I imagine it’s fine. Very disappointed.
