The elevators were not working during our stay. We were notified ahead of time and had an opportunity to cancel the reservation. Despite room being on the second floor, it was not a hardship. The cleanliness of the room, free breakfast and pleasant staff outweighed the inconvenience.

Some bathroom fixtures are old and rust stained. A light refresh of some inexpensive items would go a long way to make the place look well maintained. The staff was excellent. Friendly and professional. The breakfast area was clearly well maintained a it was spotless.

Chris was just awesome! I have stayed at this location a few time the staff is always fantastic and the hotel is always clean. That being said it’s time for the hotel to get a makeover it’s a lot of wear and tear.

Check in was quick and simple. Staff has been exceptional. Area is clean. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was warm and filling. Very close to downtown activities and ski slope. I would come again.
