The rooms were great! The only thing missing was a blanket - there was only a thin sheet to sleep under. It’s very convenient to get to the beach. Unfortunately the people next to us turned on loud clubbing music at am which made having a good night sleep difficult. The power also turned off in the middle of the night, so there was no A/C for a while. The staff were very nice and accommodating. They let us check out late after our morning snorkeling trip took longer than expected.

This is considered the "new village" at Mushroom Bech. While the huts are like many others on the island I was disappointed that they were not at all attended for the duration of our stay. I booked 5 huts. Upon arrival they were presentable yet not "clean" a simple mopping of floors to clear dust and debris, clean door mats and towels would have made a big difference. Caution: The step walking down from reception is completely rotten and hanging off of one side.
Unfortunately the staff did not speak any english which made it a challenge. Our rooms were not cleaned or serviced during our three nights there. We were able to get water from the desk if we went to request it.
On a positive note. The location is great. We were grateful to have a small breakfast included and upon request I was able to keep all of our baggage in one hut until 3 pm without an additional charge which was greatly appreciated.
With some further training of staff this place could be getting rave reviews as it has a lot going for it.

SO MUCH POTENTIAL BUT SADLY DISAPPOINTED.
Good location, near the beach and Mushroom Bay if you want to be in the heart of it all. We booked this hotel as part of a package deal for 11 nights. The main reason was we needed a family room and this was 2 bungalows with interconnected doors which were exactly what we wanted.
We arrived in the evening and the room was very dark too so it seemed pretty clean and pleasant. However in the morning when I looked at the bathrooms in the light, the toilet and showers were cleanish but the walls and floors were not great. Only one bungalow had hot water and if we hadn't had both adjoining bungalows as a family, for Bungalow 4 it would have been cold showers for the duration.
Breakfast was extremely disappointing and we ended up having to go out more than half of the mornings to get something. The safe did not have a key and neither bungalow had a fridge but we found out at the end that most bungalows had one. None was offered to us.
By day 3 I asked if the bathrooms could be cleaned. It took them 2 more days and asking a number of times and it was done, again, not to a good standard but I couldn't be bothered to complain.
We had the pleasure (not) of meeting the owner and also hearing him speak to other complaining guests and he clearly didn't care about reviews as he was incredibly rude and seemed only to care about money. Most of the other staff were pleasant but sp

we stayed here for three nights and could not wait to leave. The best things about this place is its location- 2 minute walk from mushroom beach & that it has a pool. Other than that, we were not impressed. The owners were not welcoming or friendly. The walls are paper thin & you can hear every word of your neighbours conversations. We had something like a farm on the property behind our hut & we were kept awake for most of the night by squaking chickens. It was advertised as suitable for three people, but it was definitely not. When we requested our third bed for the room we were given a mattress with a sheet on top, which took up our only floor space- no pillow, no cover was offered. Bathroom was pleasant- semi outdoors. No warm water.
To start with we got there just after 2pm with 2 kids and luggage and the staff told us our bedroom wasn’t ready even tho the villa had 6 other empty bedrooms.
Once we were able to get in the “clean bedroom” first thing we noticed was the mosquito net, it was so dirty and the bed sheets all had stains.
They also said the bedrooms had refrigerator but ours didn’t and when we asked the owner he said nothing and didn’t even try to apologise.
We stayed at the villa for 7 nights and we never had room service, my husband had to ask few times for toilet paper at the reception and he also had to empty our bins himself.
The staff was friendly but communication was very poor and the owner wasn’t very nice.
The pool area never got cleaned while we were there, so by the time we left the water wasn’t welcoming and the surrounding had bird poop and cigarettes everywhere.
The day we were checking out the owner told us we had to leave by 10 am ( website says noon) and when we asked if they could help us to bring our luggage to the boat office (located 150m from the villa) they said they would charge us.
And when we were paying the owner said We had to Pay a surcharge of 3% on top of our booking.
Very attentive and nothing was a problem !
Would definitely stay there again or recommend to others. Very cost effective and very close to Mushroom Bay.

We stayed only 2 nights in the Hotel. We booked for 3 persons and when we arrived they told us that we have to pay for the extra bed for the third person. Because we didn't want to spend more money we didn't ordered the extra bed and had to sleep all in one bed which wasn't really big. Furthermore the room is so dark that you cannot see anything in the night without an extra light. The whole floor of the bathroom was wet when we arrived. Additionally we all had ants in our luaggages.
The english of the owners was really bad and they understand barely nothing.
I asked the owner when we have to check out and he told us 11 am even though on expedia it's 12 am!
The breakfast was good but not enough.
Hote peu acceuillant. Pas de bonjour à notre arrivée. Pas de pression d'eau. De la poussière partout. Nous avons dormi juste une nuit au lieu de deux.

Ubicación bastante buena. El señor, en cuanto vió lo que habiamos pagado a traves de esta app (que era menos de lo que cobraban allí), se quejó de que la estancia ya estuviese pagada. La habitación no estaba preparada, tubimos que dejar las cosas e irnos para que pudiesen limpiarla.

El hotel está bien, pero el personal...
El hotel está bien, pero el personal deja mucho que desear. Teníamos 5 noches reservadas, solo pudimos pasar las 2 ultimas porque estaba lleno. El personal cada día nos decía que teníamos que pasar una noche más en otro hotel y no nos ayudaron en nada a la hora de avisar al transporte quien teniamos reservado para marcharnos del hotel. No lo recomiendo.
