Nice hotel, very polite and helpful night staff when I checked in. Nice, clean modern rooms with all facilities. It would have been nice to have some bottled water in the room however. Breakfast was great and had a lot of options. Only stayed one night so didn't utilise any other facilities of the hotel. Convenient location.

It's a good hotel with easy parking over the road, but compared to other hotels in Leicester it's not standout given the extra price. Premier Inn Premium rooms are on parity.

The receptionist from Kerala was particularly helpful, superb customer service and directed me for what ended up being x2 drinks receptions at the hotel bar before and after our dinner. I will definitely be using this hotel again. Thank you.

Comfortable, clean and secure. Parking close by very convenient. Easy access to town centre for eating out and shopping. Showers in room take some getting used to and the floor slippery when wet, otherwise fine.

Bugs in the bathroom
The hotel and location is fantastic. Sadly we arrived really late. When I went to use the bathroom there were lots of little bugs crawling along the bathtub and floor. They kind of looked like head-lice. We were only staying a night and my kids were already tucked in bed fast asleep so I didn’t reply it that night.
