This hotel is a must stay place

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a member of the reception team who gave a welcoming smile and had great customer service. This was reflected by every staff member we met, including the breakfast team. The room was fantastic, the bed and pillows were beautiful and the shower was awesome. Upon departure we were greeted by another staff member who too was so friendly and helpful. We will be back and will now be looking for other Voco hotels in the UK to stay in due to the great impact Leicester had on us.

A lovely hotel in a prime location not far out of the city centre. Reasonably priced. I experienced very welcoming / attentive staff during my stay. My room was modern, clean and extremely comfortable. The shower was amazing!

Comfy and modern, but lacking for dinner

The room and general service was of a very high standard. The beds were comfy, the furnishings were nice and modern, and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. The only downside was The Lair restaurant, which we tried for dinner on our second night. All of the food was fairly underwhelming and bland, and it cost us far more than expected (plus a 12.5% gratuity added to the bill, despite just two of us eating a couple of courses). After such nice food out and about in Leicester, I certainly wouldn't rush back to the in-hotel restaurant.

Delightful hotel with its own unique style and very modern. Alisha and Anissa at reception were very good and despite working long hours at the stand only check in desks were smiling friendly and helpful. Service in the very large lounge bar with the giant theatre style sport screens was also top notch. Highly recommend!
