Padma can not be faulted on anything. Great resort, clean and well kept. Great rooms ( possibly should have international power outlets which allow Australian plugs to be used). Breakfast is very good and offers a daily variety of choices. Staff are very friendly

A mixed bag of thoughts on this place! First off, I'd like to say that you can not fault the staff here, They are always so happy to help, to serve and in general make you feel welcome in every department. We asked for a quiet room, and although we were upgraded, I feel as if we were put in the busiest part of the resort. The grounds are amazing and well kept, along with the pools. Not so good parts! This is not a resort for couples. It's aimed purely at families and unfortunately ruined our experience of the place due to this, there are literally screaming kids everywhere from 7am in morning. We paid for club upgrade service, absolute waste of money in my opinion, I was hoping this would be a child free zone, unfortunately not! Afternoon drinks timed between 5-7pm is too early, this is the time most people are going back to there rooms to shower, get changed, so you have to rush back to room to make use of it. I was told I could not go in one evening as I had a vest on (I'm on holiday and it's very hot) just ridiculous. The only place you can escape from kids is at the infinity pool nearest the beach, this also has a major flaw as it is surrounded by tree's, and only a few select beds get the sun, I honestly think they need to address this situation as many others were not happy about it either. To sum up Family resort, not for adults looking for a relaxing time, I certainly would not return, but would say the staff are a credit to the place.

The staff were all welcoming, helpful and pleasant. Best we have experienced for a long time. The facilities and grounds are well kept and there is plenty of variety and allowance for families and single/couple adults. We would definitely stay again.
