Very well looked after and maintained property. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was beautifully looked after each day. Would have been nice to have some choice of tea in our room and pretty miserly two sachets of coffee! We had lovely Breakfast each day. Lots of variety and beautifully presented and well cooked. We had one meal in our room and again very delicious and beautifully presented. It would have been nice to have more fresh water available in our room. We enjoyed the Balinese feast with live music and Balinese dancing.

This is in a great area for what I like to do. Was a little noisy at night with traffic. The room was comfortable but didn’t have an armchair to relax in. I had to sit on the bed.

Looks & feels Balinese. Great location right on the beach. Rooms are always very clean & comfortable and gardens are delightful. Staff are exceptionally friendly & helpful. Both pools are always well maintained and plenty of shade.

For the price, we would have liked a little better room. The room was very bare and had cobwebs in places. The tub plug was broken and the room just wasn’t as clean as you would expect from a resort. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was overpriced for the offerings though. The on site spa was well worth it though.
