Beautiful hotel great location opposite Legion beach, great pools, pool temperature could get a bit warm in the heat all day. Great breakfast with great service from staff. Overall wonderful.

Ordinary and tired looking hotel.
We chose hotel to be close to airport prior to departing Bali and to enjoy beach time. Our room was very ordinary and the sea view was through trees and buildings. Bathroom was very dated and high tub difficult to get in and out. The service, as in rest of Bali, was very good. The breakfast offered had good choices. There is outdoor dinning and two large pools.

The property is in a very accessible location. The staff are very helpful and only too willing to please. The room we stayed in was outdated and not what I had expected. It was no different to some of the cheaper hotels we have stayed in, and was disappointing. There was a lot of stairs and wouldn't recommend the property that requires disability access. There were no lifts. Food at the hotel was lovely however breakfast did not have a large variety.

Disappointing to arrive after booking 6 months ago to be told the room we booked was unavailable. Having severe neuropathy in my legs being asked to walk up & down two flights of stairs. When booking a ground level room had been booked and I added this to special conditions. The Niksoma said this was the fault of Hotels.com. Second day after pleading we were given up an our room. Disappointing start to the holiday

Beautiful place but they overbook and then send you to another property that is also overbooked so you are just waiting around with no room for half a day. Offered a free massage as an apology but it just ruined one of our vacation days.

Very good hotel but my husband used a walker and even though we stayed in a ground floor room there were still steps to navigate. Not a user friendly hotel for a disabled person. Staff lovely and breakfast food was amazing.

After a hicup at the start with a dirty bed, we were transferred to a suite. The staff here are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. We had a late flight and they allowed us to stay and use facilities after check out and shower in the spa prior to leaving.
