The staff was very nice and friendly . We expected the location it was a highway hotel to stay for the night and it was next to a nice small lake, but the property needs upgrades and we suggest they do something with the carpet it had a product that was sticky and discussing we had to walk with flip flops all the time .

The bathroom floor was clingy. The stairs and hallway were filthy. This is our third year staying here and is going to be the last. It’s a shame because it used to be very good.

There was a cigarette / smoking odor in a non- smoking room . The carpet was dirty . They need wood or tile floors urgently . Personal was helpful. Easy chick in and check out . They need to change the shower tiles and shower head .

The room that I was assigned to smelled like an ash tray. The room that they replaced it for had no working heating system on a 48 degree night. I immediately without staying asked for a return. They directed me to call Expedia. My refund was denied.

The first night there was a large group next door having a birthday party up to 2am than someone was banging on the door a 4am. Second night on the other side of us they had the TV on all night very loud. The complex needs an update inside the rooms and outside parking lot area

Though the hotel was very accessible to downtown Mt. Dora, we found that there were areas that had water pooling on the walkways, dirt and some trash. We've stayed at many Quality Inns and found this one to need some upkeep.
