Good breakfast with real orange juice. Room smelled musty, AC didn't work properly - everything felt wet. Looking worn & scuffed. Comfortable beds, quiet. Common areas AC worked fine - no smell, dry. Problem is room units.

This is my experience with the hotel. It is a older hotel and so some of the furniture and walls have dings and marks but it is kept up well, clean, quiet and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The bed was comfortable and they do have a machine that makes pancakes also they offer fruit, cereal and toast and juices. I would recommend staying at this hotel as long as you know and are comfortable with some things being not perfect for it being a older hotel. Thank you for a nice stay!!

Lobby area worn and looked dirty and dingy. Had to change rooms because of horrible smell.Furniture in room was dirty and stained. Bathroom shower had no grab bars for slippery tub and dirty around toilet. Refrigerator smelled and desk chair was low and uncomfortable. Beds a bit on the lumpy (old) side. Breakfast was either cereal, a bagel or a pancake machine that made half cooked pancakes. But, coffee was good. All in all, this is a low rate worn out hotel. Had to cancel for second day due to and emergency at home. Talked to the desk clerk the afternoon before and she said it was no problem but to wait until checkout tomorrow. Well, the next morning we checked out and a different clerk said we would still have to pay because we booked through a third party(Expedia) and that they would not allow a refund. Turned out that microtel refused the refund and Expedia ate the cost and gave us a one key credit for the FULL amount. Wyndham was horrible on the phone and kept blaming Expedia Don't believe it. I will never stay at a Wyndham hotel again unless they decide to be honest with their customers. And Microtel better upgrade as they are truly LOW end and dirty.

Clean with nice linens. Property was relatively updated for the price. Breakfast included juices, cereal, oatmeal packets, yogurt, apples, pastries and a pancake maker.

Dirty, Roach infested Room

The place was dirty. It smelled like a dog had stayed in the room and no one cleaned up after the dog. A random shock was under the AC. Attention to detail was not there. It was like no one cleaned the room in months. There was food in the freezer along with caked up ice everywhere. I thought the bathroom was cleaned until I checked the toilet. I had to make the best of it with Clorox wipes and Lysol. I slept with my blanket on top of the sheets after I Lysol it and another blanket on top of me. I slept with my clothes on and was unable to feel comfortable enough to do anything. I also saw roaches in the bathroom on the walls and floor. The solution will be someone actually cleaning and ensuring housekeeping staff is held accountable for not doing there job. But when there is an independent owner of a major company, this is what you get. No effort. I didn't check out the breakfast or anything else. I do not recommend this hotel unless cleaning is improved and an exterminator is called. Great location however with so much potential.

When we checked in on friday the 418 room she gave us smelled like dog urine so BAD. I walked straight back down and asked for another room. Got room 309. Walked in it and smelled like weed and cigarette so BAD. The smoke detector was coveredup with a piece of plastic. I speayed half a can of smell goods. Left window open all weeks and still smells. Worst experience i had. I paid $325 for two nights. Will not be back.

Location was convenient for where we needed to be and breakfast was good. Parts of the hotel are outdated and old, and cleaning could be a bit more thorough, but overall an adequate place to stay.

I have to stay because there is nothing else available. As soon as you open the room door the horrific smell of dog pee carpet hits you in the. Face so bad that its actually nauseating !!! So disgusting that im scared all my clothes will smell. The phone ,, remote and tables are filthy that i had to get a rag and put sanitizer on it just to clean the remote to use it. Never ever again would i stay here or recommend this hotel. $200 dollars a night is a joke. $60 at your highest and thats pushing it !!! Absolutely 💯 disgusting!!!

The cover sheet on the bed, covering the comforter, had multiple strands of hair stuck to it. I’m sure this is because it’s a synthetic fabric. It would be better if it was cotton, and it should be washed after every guest stay. The water was dripping out of the shower and could not be turned off. The walls are thin enough that we could hear the television in the room next-door, which played all night. We could also hear the people next-door arguing before they went to bed. The room is quite small. The breakfast was OK.
