Foul odor and poor equipment

When we entered our room we were met with a very foul odor coming from room we went out and got air freshener to spray all surfaces including the carpet and bedding with no success. Also the refrigerator was not working and when opened up the freezer portion was filled with water and pouring all over cabinet and carpet. We switched rooms . Same odor in different room even after spraying with air freshener. Would not stay that location again and management gave no conssessions for inconvenience

Interesting stay

We paid for breakfast included. There were many people down there with very little food. The pancake machine was not on and only one side od the toastwr worked. Three muffins, cereal, or toast you couldn't toast. There were not even cups for the juice. Check out is at 1200 but they start texting and emailing you at 0800 to give them a chexk out time.

A very average stay. Could have been cleaner. Bathroom had hairs on the toilet and a torn shower curtain, room had a very musty smell, had to open the wi dow. Neighbor was loud but not for too long luckily. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was basic pancakes and some bread, fruit and yogurt. Coffee was so-so. Would stay elsewhere nextime. In need of some updating.

We stayed in handicapped room Bed is so very comfortable. Air-conditioned will freeze you out. That it for positive side. Handicap tube, has assistant grab rails. Huge negative when installing provided silde in seat. This thing will cut your legs up its so worn and torn. Front door has huge cap bottom side. Looking upward the door frame is damaged and held with duck tape and make shift repairs like metal bent and screwed in. Breakfast I suggest eating elsewhere. If you try thiers - bread , bagles , apple's and otanges. Highlights are cereal, pancakes. Peanut butter , cream cheese , butter and jelly are provided. Coffee and hot water for tea and grits

Property is in a great location, staff was very friendly and supplied all our needs. However, the walls are very thin & could hear neighbors, hallway traffic, etc. The hallway floors don't get vacuumed and the areas surrounding the outside of building have so much garbage. Just felt the property could be improved

The room smelled of old urine. we were given an air freshener we were told only 2 single bed rooms available, I paid for 2 queen beds. I asked for a fair compromise in room rate but was only told they would speak to manager.

It’s fine but nothing special

Got to the hotel and the staff was friendly but when we got upstairs we could not get into our room and had to ask a member of housecleaning to let us in. They showed us the door handle was broken and only worked if you turned it up instead of down which isn’t the end of the world but would have been nice to be told upfront and not feel stupid asking for help later. The room itself was a standard room and if it wasn’t for the fact the bathroom had an extremely strong odor of cat urine I would have given a higher review. Luckily we were leaving after a quick change to go to a wedding so we sprayed lots of perfume and opened a window. By the time we got back it was still slightly noticeable but bearable. The last little inconvenience was only have 3 small pillows per bed instead of the standard 4 as we had four adults staying in the room and people were uncomfortable for sure. Overall the staff was great and for the price it’s not a bad deal as I do not believe the issues we encountered would be common for most.

Disappointed

First room very small and dirty so changed to suite. It was bigger but still very dirty. From outside motel looked nice but inside was different story. Carpet filthy and torn. Had to wash bottom of shoes when we went to next motel.We did not want to touch anything and it was pricey for condition.
Washcloth after wiping light switch and small section of wall below it!!
