Since the bathroom doesn’t have proper ventilation, there is black mold in the bathroom towards the ceiling and on the wallpaper also underneath the desk area and in the kitchen/hallway area. Also, I understand it is Florida but I killed 5 spiders in one day. There may be a need for an exterminator to come out to the property.

Our room was clean, but shower frame wasn't attached properly, so you could see the adhesive and gunk on the wall. Many construction crew members staying at the property with large trucks and trailers that took up huge amounts of space in the parking lot. We came in one night after dinner, and there was literally one spot left between two big trucks with trailers attached. In addition, there was mud and dirt on the floor in the lobby the whole time we were there from what I can only assume were the construction workers coming in and out. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Convenient to I-75.

The shower control wasn’t working properly which meant I didn’t have time to take a shower before I left unfortunately there wasn’t time for them to fix it and have me be able to get out the door to my appointment hotel should always look at the controls of their showers their toilets and their sinks
