After having a bad experience our last time in The Villages area with our hotel, I sdid some real deep reviews research. Brownwood was the perfect choice! It's very clean, the beds are comfortable aand the staff is awesome. The location is dead center of any major road we needed to use for activities. Our only issues was no microwave in the room and the water pressure for the sink and there was only 1 sink in the bathroom. The shower water pressure was great. We will definitely be staying there again.

Had the most amazing time only things that turned me off was when i went to extend my check out to 2 pm the receptionist had a bit of an attitude and getting a sense of urgency by rudely saying let me check the room for available when the hotel had like 90% occupancy so that was a joke, why leave a paper in the room with all the amenities listed just to get an attitude from a staff member otherwise great breakfast great facilities clean and decorated gorgeously
