Location was excellent. However the room was freezing cold, with inadequate heating and bedding provided. Large gaps have been left in the walls from electrical work and cold air was constantly streaming in. After blocking up all the holes I could find with some clothing and wearing the rest, I slept for a couple hours. The next day, I asked reception at 3pm for a blanket for the 2nd night. They could not find any blankets. After requesting several times, bedding from a vacant room was brought to my room 7 hours later at 10pm.

Won’t book I is ever again

For the third time of telling WE DIDNT STAY AT THE HOTEL. We were unable to travel and the hotel refused to change the booking and hotels.com didn’t facilitate any change either and the insurance was a waste of time so all in all it was a crap service and I lost money and no one cared. Stop asking me about this stay.
