We asked to see the room they didn’t let us to see it. We asked for WiFi password they didn’t give it to us , they said the password needs to be reset. From 1 am until we left the hotel about 1pm WiFi password was not exist hhhhhh. Hotel is about half an hours far from the centre walking 10 minutes taxi but on the way back taxi will take 20 minutes minimum . Car par charge unbelievable I have paid 8 5.5 8 2.5 only for the time between 2:30 pm to 12:30pm even I have register my car with the hotel Unless you do the activity next to the hotel or just use as a base otherwise I won’t recommend it

Clean and quiet hotel

We did call the hotel and asked for adjoining rooms months before arrival. The lady on the phone said it was fine and we could have adjoining rooms. When we arrived we were told it was not possible even though we rung months ago and told it was. We ended up getting rooms close together and free drinks as an apology. Other than that the stay was lovely. Breakfast was nice, rooms were clean and the beds were comfy.

Holiday Inn in the England seems to be much better than the US. This holiday Inn has big rooms and pretty good breakfast. Location is good but needs to walk 20 mins to center. The hotel is new but the bathroom has a funky smell. It might just be our bathroom.

One night stay was good enough for the price. Easy parking in multi storey car park next door, easy check in and large lift to room. Quiet in hotel apart from someone emptying a skip in early hours outside. Breakfast decent and check out quick and efficient. We took a taxi to and from the city centre, didn’t seem to be much around the hotel apart from the Armouries.

Love this hotel. Comfy beds, really good shower and great staff. Very good complementary breakfast. Parking is really cheap in thr garage next door if you get your ticket discounted at reception or if pre booked via the yourparking app

Top Notch

The staffs were amazing and very very helpful especially Nathan. They all went out of their ways to help make our stay comfortable. The room was clean and new. Wonderful breakfast too.

We have stayed here before and had a good night's sleep . Last night I did not sleep at all ,we were in room 501 and was kept awake by ? a generator buzzing all night . When I informed staff the next morning they apologised and said next time ask not to be in that room as they have had lots of complaints about this from other people .If people are complaining on a regular basis about lack of sleep due to noise in this room should it be used ?
