Excellent place. Has a bit of an Air BNB feeling. The staff was very friendly and even helped me carry a big suitcase up the stairs. It does not have an elevator but that is the only thing they could improve on.

Lovely looking room. Nice area and grounds. A couple of suggestions to improve: Frost out the bottom windows in the bathroom. The bedrooms overlooking did not need to see all of that!! Change your name from restaurant?! Only breakfast available only. I saw mixed reviews as to whether an evening meal was available and I can confirm no evening meal is available. Yes there are option close by but after a long day sometimes you just don’t want to go out and silly me thought restaurant in the name would mean it was!

Great location for runners doing Leeds Marathon.

Stayed for one night as we had travelled down for the Leeds Marathon. Excellent location for any runners, easy walkng distance to the stadium and the reception team kindly looked after our luggage for us for the day. Would happily stay again.

Very good.

Great stay at the price we paid. Free parking is a plus. Lost a star for the early finish on breakfast at the weekend….so we missed it. Would star again regardless.

1 night stay. Staff amazing, room clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. Plumbing old and a bit noisy. Very hot room. Overall good tho, and I would stay again.

Nice little home from home. Situated in good area for University, bars, restaurants etc, though in a quiet little niche. Staff could not be more helpful. Great breakfast. We will be back.

Needs improvement

Bathroom fixtures very tired - shower in particular barely functional ie temperature control loose and difficult to adjust, drain area discoloured etc. Paintwork round door handles was grubby as was carpet, chair fabric. Staff were friendly and breakfast nice but not worth extra money given worn condition of room.
