The room was a nice size but the headboard and bed were close to the window so you could only get in from one side of the bed , not ideal getting up in the night climbing over your partner to get out of the bed 🤔 And the curtain track fell down in the middle of the night 😡 The receptionist was very good on check in and the Spa and pool were very good but that was the only plus points for the Hotel , tried using The Tap bar at 12.30 before we headed into Leeds but the bar tendor didnt know how to make any of the cocktails on the cocktail menu 😡 (she said she was normally on breakfast service 🙈)

Great hotel
Hotel was lovely. We made use of the pool etc which was nice. Staff so friendly and helpful. We had a few issues with the heating and tv in our room but they were swiftly sorted. We ate in the restaurant and the food was really good. Will definately visit again

Booked a twin queen room on arrival wa stood there wasn’t any. There was an unmade sofa bed in the room with blood stained bedding. Very disappointing. Limited food on the menu also.

Staff were extremely inattentive to detail when preparing room after vacated for the next clients. When reception/housekeeping were notified, after we took possession, they did nothing to rectify it. Would have expected better service from this chain, which in other countries, has previously been exceptional.

Fantastic hotel.
Another fantastic stay. Staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms and spacious and clean and the bed is comfortable. Really recommend. A special mention to the lovely Patrice, who checked us in with a smile and giggle, despite it being the end of a long day for her!
