It stated on the website room service, they did offer this. Phone in room broken had to use my mobile to speak to reception. Food from the bar could be took to your room but just on an open plate so I had to walk through the hotel with my pizza uncovered.

A pleasant stay
A friendly, welcoming greeting as we arrived. The hotel seemed calm but busy. It was clean and comfortable in our rooms. The shower and bathroom served its purpose well. Noise was at a low for an airport hotel, so sleep was enjoyed.

Outdoor areas with no smoking signs used by smokers. Worst sleep I’ve ever had, beds and pillows very uncomfortable. The bar area was fine and meals satisfactory for the price. Overall you get what you get for the price.

Poor Facility
The room was dated with no access to plug in the IPAD Cable other than a plug. It waas obvious when entering the room although it had a no smoking sign it had either previoulsy been allowed and nothing done to remove the odour or previous occupants had been smoking in it this would be backed up by the window being fully opend also. Breakfast although good choices no one about to ask for change of eggs, toaster not opertaing and kitchen staff whom I took to be a chef out poking into a live machine with a knife to dislodge toast which had got stuck but could not be found, only for it to be discoverd down the back of the unit with other items whach I would surmise had been there for some time.

Take it or leave it
Average stay, corridors and stairs cleanliness was poor. Room was good clean and spacious . Take it or leave it attitude by some staff. Buffet style help yourself food service that was dried out. Reception had poor communication as on checkin didn’t explain you had to buy tokens for dinner and breakfast. Ended up queuing for restaurant then having to go to reception to get tokens. WiFi where I stayed on second floor was non existent and no signal on 5G either. Had to go up to reception to make calls or do emails
