Staff tries very hard. Hotel is well used but holding up well. Not a fan of their blankets. Used and reused and the sheets don’t cover em up well. So, you’re sleeping in a blanket that was used by another person. Kind of skeeevy. The heating system in some rooms is INSANELY loud—humming and vibrating. Weird. Good location if you’re hitting Dartmouth.

SSS was great

Everything was great but two things: hreee is no good after 9pm and the only options outside of the hotel are McDonalds type of fast food. And the hot water was not present half of the time we wanted to shower.

Hotel is a bit worn down, and it’s only having one elevator makes it tough on busy days, but the staff is outstanding!!! They truly go the extra mile for you. Eva, the operations manager is simply amazing! My son got food poisoning from the only restaurant that was open on the day we arrived, and the way she cared and supported us even when they were fully booked is something I will never forget.
