The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the sheets had small stains, the carpet was lifting in a number of areas, it had an odor, there was no toilet paper holder, the water faucets were so hard to turn in the shower I wasn't sure they were going to and there was mold on the shower curtain. At this point I had slept the night there and needed to shower to get to my appointment on time. Each time you moved you noticed something else wrong...and it was a really small room.

This place is extremely dirty. The furniture is of poor quality, broken, and or bowed. Stains on the walls. Moldy ceiling tile. tiny TV with terrible picture. Toilet paper stuffed in hole in ceiling where there should be a sprinkler. Some kind of stain in bathroom on railing could be boogers or blood stay here for the PA Renaissance fair will not be staying here again.

We booked 2 rooms and checked in to them at the same time. One room seemed clean and the second room was not. Floor was dirty and toilet had obviously not been cleaned. Front desk did not offer to clean it and only stated they had no other rooms available. So at 11pm half of our party had to leave to try and find another hotel. The next morning when we went in to shower we found mold on the bottom of our shower curtain. Went down for breakfast at 8:30am only to find watery eggs and oatmeal and bacon. No one was down there eating.

Great place, skip the breakfast.
Nice hotel and exceptionally clean room. Very happy I found the place. The only thing that prevented me from giving this hotel five stars was the pathetic so-called “Continental breakfast”. The only food that was available was three pieces of white bread and a tub of margarine. No coffee, no cereal, no fruit, no pastries, no juice, no milk. Nothing! Just bread. And nobody around who seemed to care or bring out any food. Terrible!

Place was just gross. Bathroom floor was so sticky my socks were pulled off. Smelled REALLY bad of cigarettes and paint. Toilet ran all night. Complementary breakfast was disgusting. 3 old pancakes. A few slices of stale bread. Bacon was just fat and gross. Coffee was empty. Would never recommend!

When we arrived, the woman at the desk was pleasant and helpful, but our “non-smoking” room smelled like someone had smoked a pack of cigarettes in it. Everything was run down and just didn’t feel clean. Complimentary breakfast was a bad joke. While there was a vat of pancakes, some very blackened bacon and 3 mysteriously wet bananas, there were 3 empty pastry containers and nothing to put into the rotating toaster that was running. Breakfast was from 6-9, and we arrived at 7, so it’s not like we were squeezing in at the tail end. There was hair in the oatmeal and the juice dispenser was unplugged on the floor. We ended up going to get breakfast at a very nice cafe across the street.

This is an older hotel & building. Staff was pleasant at check-in which was quick and easy. Room smelled a little musty but was clean. Halls a bit noisy at night. The breakfast is lacking - lukewarm eggs & bacon or oatmeal. Worked for a quick overnight visit.
