A/C throughout the whole hotel is turned down to low...basically a fan even though the thermostat can be adjusted, it does not actually control it. It was so hot we could not sleep. While we were away at dinner, only an hour after we checked in, someone came into our room and took the room key out of the power slot, turning the A/C off and took our towels without replacing them. We called the front desk and they agreed this was weird, but suggested we send an email with oir concern. We would not consider staying here again.

This hotel , is far from Paris and that was not a problem but the problem is the organization of the hotel, the customer service was not there , i feel nobody cared there except for the restaurant manager and a very nice waiter there . I personally had a situation that i did not have shampoo or soap in my room, i told the front desk 3 times and they did not bring it or gave me anything all the 3 days that stay there , the buffet was a nightmare too many people and was not organize and was not clean . They had to change one of the rooms because the sheets were stained dirty , it was not good , i would not come back to this hotel.

Great restaurant for dinner. Best turkey club ever!! The breakfast buffet was ok but I’d like to see more cleanliness precautions with it. Pool closes quite early. I would stay there again.

Nice hotel close to Paris-CDG. Convenient and comfortable airport shuttle from/to Terminal 2B/2D. Extremely friendly staff ready to help you have a relaxing stay. One time access to the near by (3-5 min walk) pool with a hammam/steam room, sauna and hot tub was busy but a nice treat. Our double room was nice, spacious and clean. The restaurant and bar available on the main floor was very convenient and the hotel breakfast was one of the best I've had! Highly recommend if looking for a stay near the airport.

We used this hotel mainly as an airport overnight, so didn't really fully take advantage of all the amenities. The room was good size and comfortable, there's a shuttle to the airport but YOU MUST book it the night before as it's small and fills up. Food was just okay and expensive.

Just there overnight before an early morning flight back to the US. Room as big and nice; service was good; late night food at the restaurant as good. Since we left before the restaurant opened, they even packed us a brown paper bag breakfast to eat at the airport, which was a nice touch. The hotel is a bit far away from the airport itself and the shuttle service runs only every 30' and only takes you to Terminal 2, from which it then takes another 15-20' to get to Terminal 1. Keeping all that in mind, it was a good deal and I'd stay there again; much less stressful than staying downtown and fighting traffic to make an early morning flight.

Good place for a layover stop, really quiet area but a little bit far from the airport, the shuttle service is Excellent, Alex one of the drivers was really attentive, the restaurant offers a surprisingly good food at a very reasonable price, would stay again
