We booked this room last minute and when we got there it was late, but once we were in the room the air conditioner was making a terrible sound that my spouse and I could get a good night sleep. We wanted to stay there because we had made some other reservation for the next 2 days so we wanted to stay in the same hotel.

The AC made a loud noises told the manager and he said maintain would repair it. Hav a video on the AC if you all want it a the next day After that said they fix it it did it again so we decided to leave and cut our vacation short. And it rain and 1/2 of the parking lots was flooded terrible

The bed was very hard and made it difficult to sleep well, the pool was dirty and not heated at all, there was mold in the shower and only 1 chair to sit on. for a 3-day stay these things mattered

Disappointing Return Stay – Won’t Be Back We’ve stayed at this property before and had a pleasant experience, which is why we chose to return. Unfortunately, this time was a completely different story. Check-in went smoothly and the front desk clerk was friendly and apologetic when we encountered our first issue: it took four sets of room keys before one finally worked. Apparently, this has been an ongoing problem. Once we got into the room, it was clear it hadn't been properly cleaned. The toilet had been used and not flushed prior to our arrival—an immediate red flag. The rest of the room felt only halfway cleaned, which made us uncomfortable from the start. When taking our dog out later, we were met with loud, concerning behavior from individuals shouting in the parking lot. It didn’t feel safe. The final straw came when we pulled back the blanket on the bed and noticed something had dripped all down the wall beside it. It was disgusting and completely unacceptable. We were so uncomfortable that we immediately found another place to stay. Sadly, we won’t be returning and cannot recommend this property until serious improvements are made
