We were told they don’t have housekeeping, which was disappointing. No breakfast, there was something all over the carpet, and a smell. The smell was bearable, but just off putting. The front desk lady was really really nice. Place was quiet.

We loved how it was so close to fort sill so we could visit our soldier! the only thing is the room floor needs cleaned because when you walk on the carpet without shoes your feet will be dirty lol but other than that our stay was fine & would recommend it if you are in the area for the reason we went!

Where's the breakfast?

The exterior of the hotel looks great. The room showed some noticeable wear. When we checked in we were told that breakfast was from 6:00 to 9:30 am. However, there was NO breakfast. The staff apologized that they ran out of the things that they were supposed to have served and none were left for that day. I told them that was unacceptable and I requested some money back. They said they would check on it. It was unclear whether they actually checked on it, but I was not given any refund.

The room was not clean. The breakfast was a granola bar. And the furniture was torn up. The bathtub was dirty. They did bring me extra towls though.

Unpleasant

My recent stay at this hotel was bad and was very disappointed with the experience. The room was in poor condition: the bathroom walls appeared to be held together with staples, with visible rot around the tub and a dirty toilet. The mattress was extremely hard, making sleep uncomfortable, and there was a strange odor throughout the room. The lack of climate control made the stay even less pleasant. Additionally, the food quality was subpar, failing to meet basic expectations. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel due to these significant issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and comfort. I tried to upload photos but can't even do that on this review because the button won't let me.
