We were charged different from what the initial cost was quoted on hotels.com. Then for the two rooms I booked they wanted to do separate transactions. They charged 67.00 for a room we didn’t stay in. The ice machines didn’t work. But conveniently the housekeepers were selling ice. The hotel was gross. The toilet in the room we did stay in was flooded we told the front desk and the sent some random worker in who didn’t know anything about fixing toilets. The room didn’t accommodate 5 people like the front desk told us. After 2 hours we were supposedly Putin a room to fit 5 people but it was the same size as the first room and the showers ended up back in up. I did call and complain to hotels.com but the issue was not fixed. I tried to talk with the hotel but they didn’t fix the issue as well. This should have been a really nice trip but turned out awful due to our accommodations.

Good accommodations for the price.They have access to river and a beach. The staff is nice and helpful. The Happy hour can't be beat. Good verity of pastries at the restaurant counter. I'll be back.

The key machine was broken so we couldn’t get into our own room without having to call Security, which meant we were reluctant to come and go freely due to the inconvenience. We couldn’t get in or out of the pool area without calling Security to assist. And Security wasn’t always readily available. We were offered no comps or any kind of discount for the inconvenience during our two night stay. When we arrived, our tub was clogged and we had to have maintenance come out. There was a wet bathing suit hanging in the bathroom when we arrived, making it unclear if our room had been thoroughly cleaned or not. Overall, not a great experience this time.

I have stayed here a couple times and it has been a great experience. Easy parking, quick check in, helpful staff. Room was clean, plenty of towels. The only downside was that there is no mini fridge but they did have complimentary water in our room when we arrived.
