We got an inexpensive room that gave us whatever bed size was available. We were at the end of the hall even when we asked to be close to an elevator. There was no one on that floor except for us and the family next to us. They had noisy children who screamed, yelled and slammed doors until 10pm. Our room was very dusty. No clock. Not all the lotions/soaps were there. The carpet had not been vacuumed...still food on the floor and dust coated the baseboards. The wallpaper had a 3 foot tear. GOOD: The bed was clean and comfortable...we slept well. There was bottled water for our coffee and plenty of coffee pods. The air worked great. We didn't expect a lot, but we did expect the room to be much cleaner.

Nice place overall. Easy walking to everything. Laughlin is just older in general. The outlet mall across the street is mostly shut down and there’s no access to the river anymore. Rooms appeared to be remodeled 10 years ago or so. Mixed old with the new.

Bathroom was not cleaned properly. We found hair in the shower, floor and around base of the toilet. Called multiple times to request more coffee pods and they were never brought up to the room.
