We received a room with a fridge that did not work, all of my babies formula went bad. When I called the front desk and spoke with the supervisor regarding the issue she did not apologize and told me “you weren’t suppose to have that room because the fridge didn’t work so unfortunately we cannot do anything to compensate you.” Not only that but the shower did not have warm or cold water, we had to shower with hot water the whole weekend. The supervisor wanted the maintenance man to come check the shower at 11pm at night when I had explained to her that I had called two hours prior and now my kids are asleep. Only 1 restaurant open, overall terrible hotel. Would never stay here again. I can definitely get my money worth staying at a different hotel near this one.

It was a bad experience since we arrived with the valet man who didn’t know how to respect the customers,so we have two kids and a lot stuff for them to get it down before we give him the keys for our car but he refused and said you must move your car if you not give me money first ,and the two rooms we get wasn’t have a fridge, and the pool was dirty so this the first and last time we will go there
