First night room dirty and cold. Second night tried to turn heater up popped a fuse. Very cold in room. They came to fix could not be fixed had to move to other room. Elevator not working. Hotel date and needs upgrades done. Walking to other room and noticed about 10 rooms not available do to issues. Darn shame we use to love the golden nugget. For our inconveniences they comp resort fee

This facility had major problems with the amenities. Two ice makers were broken, one elevator was not in service. Our room was assigned to another individual in error after we checked in.; this was a major error on the staff and their procedures. Only redeeming factor was the beds are excellent.

There was construction starting at early hours 5:30 am, broken elevator, and broken air conditioning. During the early morning there were power tools being used near our room, which could have been started later in the morning to make sleeping more comfortable

Had to change rooms because the AC & Heat didn't work. The room they changed us to was a upgrade and charged us for it. The curtain smelled in the upgrade and the elevator didn't work on that side. The plus side the beds was comfortable.
