Everything was great. Staff was excellent. We rented two cabana’s the adult pool for Saturday. The pool was nice and cool, and the bad playing was great! We got an executive sweet this time and the room was fine. Really nice river view.

Despite poor reviews from a certain web site, I found the room immaculate. It was tasteful, recently refurbished, and I was very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here next time you’re in Laughlin.

Location was ideal. Beds were uncomfortable. I have slept on better mattresses at La Quinta and Best Western Hotels. Went to the "smoke free" side of casino, but the smoke still lingered. We booked for 2 nights through Expedia, but only stayed the 1st night. We checked out early at front desk. They refused our request for refund on the unused 2nd night. IF we come back to Laughlin we will avoid this "resort." I'm sure there are much better options.

Overall we truly enjoy staying at Don Laughlin's. We will continue to stay. My son did notice that the ledge above the bed was full of dust. I was a little surprised. However, it is still a great place to stay.

Everything was pretty great as always. This is my favorite place to stay in Laughlin. The only issue I had was when you pay extra for the executive suite you would hope the balcony would be clean. Ours was not, it was dirty with lots of bird poop. Usually the balcony is very nice.

We love staying at the Riverside because there’s something to do for everyone. The kids can play in the arcade or go bowling, or watch a movie. The Casa Serrano restaurant is always delicious and accommodated our party of 20 without a hassle! Can’t wait to go back!

Room wasn’t very clean luckily I brought Clorox wipes. Customer service person who check us in wasn’t very friendly but the employee next to him was very friendly with the person he was helping. Food at the buffet was ok. Elevator was dirty for 3 days.

Couple's retreat
We had a great, relaxing time. What we liked the most was having so many things under one roof. We stayed three nights. We went bowling, saw a movie, went to the spa, took a boat ride, ate at the restaurants, got plenty of drinks at the various bars, and my favorite thing-gambled! The room was very comfortable too! It was so nice to have all of these activities under the same roof, being able to just go upstairs whenever we wanted to nap, sleep or take a break. So much fun!

Reeks of cigarettes even in the non smoking area. Room was dirty. Had hair on bed u Fer the covers and on the floor of the bathroom. There was a pubic hair in the tub. It was horrible. The ac kicked on and it smelled like weed.
