Both pools were closed. Requested reimbursement our resort fee, did not get it. Hotel blamed it on Hotel.com, it was noted on website. Other than that, we had an excellent experience.

From the moment we arrived inside the casino it smells like smoke/cigarettes , I hoped when we got to our non smoking room it would be better but it wasn’t the room smelled horribly of cigarettes. I thought this was the case with all casinos and no when we went to all the other casinos they didn’t smell like cigarettes seems like building is older and it just doesn’t have good ventilation.

The hotel is just average. Clean enough, quiet enough but nothing other than ordinary. No microwaves in the rooms was inconvenient, especially given limited restaurants.

It has a lot of activities to do. Food was good. Room was clean. I was a little disappointed that the south pool was closed. Overall it was worth the stay.
