I just found the staff cleaning to be bare minimal! The toilet never got cleaned for the whole week we stayed there. Of course we wiped things down with bleach wipes instead of complaining. However, everyone was kind and friendly and we felt safe there. My family including grand kids all complained about the smoke, when we had to go through casino to eat or to the pool. All in all though we enjoyed our time there.

It was an ok stay. The carpet in the room were stained and dirty. Shove have shampooed or steamed them. The bathroom sink had hair. Only one set of shampoo and conditioner for a double queen room. Staff were nice and friendly. The cafe food was great. The arcade was over priced. The highlight was the pool. I liked that they offer service while you’re lounging. My 3 year old enjoyed the beach with his beach toys

Ice machines did not work, no clock, no coffee in the rooms. Everywhere outside your room stinks like smoke all the time. Please go non-smoking. I won’t be back until they go non-smoking or limit to an outside designated area.

Our room smelled very, very musty. I had to spray room with Lysol because of the smell. The bathroom tub could have been cleaner.
