Terrible service. Room wasn’t in great condition. They nickel and dime you for everything. (Ex. $18 for a bottle of water in the room)

Need faster/convenient process for check-in. Mobile check-in counter had no employees for Q&A and only option for mobile check-in was if you received QRC which could only happen if you had booked directly with Mirage and not third party (Expedia). You were not allowed to use confirmation number. This made waiting in line for almost 1 hour on a Sunday 3:00 pm check-in in the month of April. And they did not have my room RSVP of 1 King bed that I booked.

Some of the hotel features were a little dated and could use a fresh update but other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Everything about the stay was wonderful except for the check in process. Hotel only had 3 staff working check-in at midnight and I waited over an hour in line after traveling all day. Terrible process.
